Ingredients
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 sticks of butter; melted
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teas. Baking soda
1 teas baking powder
1 small Jello instant vanilla pudding mix

Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9" X 5" loaf pans. Mix the eggs, bananas and butter, and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake for 45 minutes.

Pudding is an interesting addition to banana
bread. I'll have to try when weather cools down enough to bake.

I use this recipe too - only I switched the Vanilla pudding for Banana Cream..... :thumbup:
