I am NO sugar, but can't do artificial sweeteners either.
THere are only so many things you can make without sugar, or with Agave syrup.... I love to bake for the holidays and wondered if any of you have used Stevia products for baking with GOOD results! THanks |
My friend uses it all the time. Baking and everything else. She has lost a lot of weight too. Personally, I don't like the taste of it. In fact she gave me a couple recipes for the church cookbook that uses stevia. They are very healthy but have a lot of ingredients.

ZSweet is a good brand to try. I've used it for baking and it tastes good. It dries things out a little, so I use more liquid or add an extra egg. I've used it with almond and coconut flour because I eat low carb and it tastes great. :)
