Avocado toast
 

I’m in love with avocado toast. Mash a ripe avocado & spread half on a piece of dry toast then top with sliced hard boiled egg, salt, pepper. I add whatever - paprika, turmeric, cooked bacon or bacon bits. After I started making this I heard a radio ad for new breakfast items at the pancake house - including Avocado Toast. (Bet mine is cheaper !)

i love avocado! I used to do sliced avocado on toast and melt mozzrella cheese on top.

You know your's is cheaper and healthier!

I love an avocado omelette. Just a bit of sliced green onions with jack cheese, and lots of avocado. So wonderful. My daughter loves avocado toast. Unfortunately I eat the avocados before they get to the toast.

My DD makes this for her breakfast nearly every morning. I love avocado too.

When I was a kid, my mom used to make avocado toast for herself on her way out the door and off to work. That was long before it was a thing, or even had a name. She loved avocados. However, at that time, I did not, but I do now.

No one in the family cares for avocado including me, odd but true. Not even the grands who were introduced to it with no prejudice. LOL I don't know if putting it on toast would change our minds but it would be a simple breakfast!

I love Avocado toast. It is on the menu at a neighborhood restaurant.

I love it too. I had it first at a neigborhood restaurant. It's so yummy! I like a lot of lemon squeezed on it.
