Everytime my family has a get together they call me to bring the strawberry pie. It is light and very very easy to make.
2 graham cracker crust pie shells--not the bigger ones out now. 2 pints strawberries 1can condensed milk 1 medium container cool whip 1/4 cup lemon juice Cut up strawberries, mix in condensed milk & lemon juice. Fold in cool whip. Divide up into the 2 pie crust. Refrigerate atleast 1/2 hr before serving. A hit every time. |
Yum!!! Our strawberries should be hitting the local markets anytime now... :D

This sounds really good. With summer here, I am
definately going to try this out!! :D Thank you for sharing this recipe. :D :D :D :D |
May try this for a party on Friday night. Sound easy.

It is very easy. Let me know how you like it.

Myrna, have you ever done it with frozen berries? What about with other kinds of berries -- like blueberries or blackberries?
|
I have done them with frozen berries but you have to be careful of it being too juicy, you may have to drain some of the juice. I have not tried it with the blue or black berries but sounds good. I have tried it with peaches once, was good that way too.
