Thank you! I will look forward to making these when the price of bananas comes down from $14.00 per Kilogram :)

What????? $14/kg????? That's nearly $7/lb here. Wow!! I will never again complain about the price going up to 49 cents a pound! Why are they so expensive there?

Alot of our banana crop was destroyed by cyclones earlier this year, so we are paying a premium at the moment until the banana farms recover. I pay at least $5 for 2 bananas. They are my DD favourite fruit. :? They are saying that the price should come down before summer

I love bananas, but I sure would have a hard time paying so much for them.

Do you know if these could be frozen? I bake cookies for Freedom Cookies and thought maybe these would be something different. Thanks.

As long as they're cooled completely, there really isn't anything in them different from other cookies that you can freeze. But, to be on the safe side, I vote for an experimental batch (for research purposes only, of course...LOL!). Freeze two cookies, then eat the rest!!
