I just used up 5 ripe banana's made 4 banana walnut (lots of nuts) with tree ripe peaches, I will probably eat all 4, lol. Lace

thank you i printed this out to make some for my dad he is always trying to think of something to do with leftover bababas , last time he invented a milkshake with them !!

If you can't cook the over ripe bananas straight away, peel them and stick them in the freezer....Perfect for banana bread, cake and muffins.

I could cry, I had to throw a bunch in the composter cos they were mushy! Peel & freeze is great. Thanks!
