Best no fat added granola
Mix :
2 small plastic containers of unsweetened applesauce 1 t. cinnamon 1T vanilla Add: 3 cups of oatmeal 1/3 cup of Bran buds 1 cup cherrios (Opt) Mix well and add A handfull of dried fruit one handful of sliced almonds Spread on a cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes with oven rack up about 3 levels. Turn with a spatula after the first 15 min. Return to oven and bake another 10 min. Turn it again. Turn oven off and place granola back in oven to sit for a few hrs while drying further. A wonderful , healthy snack in the evening ;) |
I forgot the 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Splenda to be mixed with applesauce

This recipe looks good, so many of the granolas have so much oil in them. Thanks will try this out.
