These are a hit where ever I take them
so good, but not necessarily good for you :-D

Crust:
2 Cups of flour
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter

(Pat into an ungreased jelly roll pan)
Sprinkle 1 cup (more if you want) Pecans over unbaked crust.

Caramel Layer:
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
(in a heavy saucepan combine brown sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, boil 1/2 to 1 minute stirring constantly.)
dribble over pecans and crust.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until caramel layer is bubbly and crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 Cup of choc. chips.
Allow to melt, swirl as they melt for marble effect.
cool. then enjoy

Now ladies, we need the calories and carbs, to be more creative. Brain food! ( in my case it helps me get rid of wrinkles ,keeps 'em filled in)
