Can you freeze meat loaf?

Hi,
Hope someone knows! DH eats salad for one meal a day, every day, either lunch or dinner. I can't do that! So I'm looking for different ideas to make up and freeze that I like to eat. Meatloaf is a favorite. I'd love to freeze small portions just not sure if it would work and if it should be cooked already.
Looking for other suggestions, too.
Thanks!

i have frozen meatloaf many times. if you are doing small portions, bake it first, then cut and freeze. yum

Yes. I add about 30 minutes to baking time .

Yes, I bake and freeze in muffin size cups, then flip them out and store in a Ziploc freezer bag.

Sure.
Make sure you cook it to an internal temp of 165, cool, then wrap well and freeze in individual portions for re-heating. I do it all the time at work.

Whenever I make meatloaf, I make a double batch....one for dinner that night and the other is shaped into a loaf and frozen in a freezer zip-loc bag for another meal. I add 30 minutes cooking time and put the frozen loaf straight into the oven. Sure is handy that way!

I freeze pasta meals & Chili. Most casseroles & Soups freeze well also. There are many Freezer Meals you can prepare ahead of time and freeze for several months. These are good to make for friends and family that are in need (sick, moving, busy), then if they don't need right away, they can freeze it. (Or take over frozen and they can thaw and bake when needed, I write the instructions on foil top w/ sharpie) Google Freezer Meals for many recipes.

When I make meatloaf, I make a lot of it. Some of it is made into the traditional meat loaf, some is made into what we call 'meat loaf burgers'. A meat loaf burger can be thawed in a few hours, and it is wonderful when cooked on a
George Foreman grill. so there is no need to pre-cook. But pre-cooked isn't bad, either. I love cold meat loaf sandwiches! Have also made small meat loafs and roasted them in muffin pans when the family is starved and can't wait for a big meatloaf to completely cook.

I freeze meatloaf in small pans that would be enough for one person, often for someone who has been sick and cannot deal with cooking for themselves. The pans are very small rectangular cake pans that I found at Walmart. I start out with a double batch and cook the small ones while I am cooking for our meal.
