This sounds great! My DD will also love it. If you use Splenda at the same amount, does it become sweeter, or have an aftertaste?

cardamon is a spice used in alot of scandinavian breads and meats it is in the same family of flavors as cinamon & nutmeg but carries a very idividual flavor. I grew up in a swedish & norwegien family so this was a staple especially around christmas.

I am going to try this with using a sweetner (splenda or something) since I am diabetic. Hope it will work just as good.

Thanks

This sounds so good...wondering if anyone has tried it using a sugar-free sweetner rather than sugar. I am going to try it either with Splenda or the other sweetner that is supposed to be healthier than Splenda...can't remember the name of it now.
