My mom made this yesterday and it is so goood!! I had to share it!

3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups fresh pumpkin
2 cups mini choc chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until smooth in consistency. Pour into three 9" x 5" loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Bake for 1 hour or until done ( a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean) Enjoy!

Just added pumpkin to my grocery list! Have fresh white bread baking right now, but can't wait to make this pumpkin bread for the season.
