My niece can't have cocoa because of migraines but she does get cacao bars from the health food stores.

I think it's confusing what you're getting because the back of a chocolate bar I have here (from before I figured out the link with the migraines) says "85% cacao solids" then the ingredients list only talks about cocoa. |
I drink Calm it is a magnesium drink and it mixes with water. It's an excellent source of Magnesium! Check it out on Amazon. Or look for it at your local health food store:)

Question....are those taking mag taking other supplements as well? Read a quick note stating, if taking mag one should then supplement other vitamins and minerals also. Just wondering...

Although something like Magnesium supplements sound like a good thing, they are not for everyone and should not be taken without your health being assessed by a professional.
I am one of those who cannot take Magnesium supplements. Magnesium has very adverse side effects for me. I was under the care of a Healthcare professional, and tried a form of Magnesium that is generally tolerated by people with IBS, but I cannot tolerate it. Magnesium can also interact with medications. |
