Cracker Barrel Carrots
 
Just got back from Cracker Barrel and we just love their cooked carrots. I have their cookbook but they are not in there. Any tips?

I agree! I found the Black Eyed Pea restaurants yellow squash recipe by googling several years ago. Gotta love google

If you have an instant pot here is a link to a recipe very similar to Cracker Barrels and cooks in weigh less than 30-45 minutes on the stove. Have not tried, just also did the google search for carrot cook time in instant pot.
Will make today though. Thanks for reminder about the Cracker Barrel Carrots. This is one of my favorite Instant pot sites.
