GingerK. - I made this one and took to work yesterday. Loved it. Definitely one i will do again. No nuts. And my pan was maybe smaller so it was thicker? Was a little gooey in the center but i told folks to heat in microwave for a few! :). Also did the copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars. They were good also! Was a good cranberry day for my household! Thanks for the link GingerK.
I followed one link and ended up with a handful of yummy sounding recipes. This board is always so helpful!

grind berries, mix and let stand overnight

day of serving add
2 C chopped apples, skins on

we like adding pomagrante seeds gives a nice crunch...dont need to add nuts.

Sewingpup. This sounds like a family favorite that i got from my mother in law. Everyone absolutely loves it!

I keep a bag of dried cranberries in the freezer. I use them in salad, breads, muffins, biscotti, oatmeal, and for snacking.
