I made these last night and must say, they are --by far--the best blueberry muffins I've ever had. Seriously, and I've had a lot. I was generous with the blueberries.

There's a hint in the video of how to keep muffins from burning. Good to know!

Thanks zozee for posting, I have looked at this very recipe and wondered if it turned out the way it looks. I'll give it a try.

I printed this recipe and will make it for our breakfast as soon as I finish with the Quilting Board. Thank you.

My oven runs 25 degrees hot so I baked at 375 . It took my muffins I think 22-23 minutes to be done.

Sounds good! Only thing I would add is- toss the blueberries in flour before adding to batter. It will keep them from sinking

I right clicked to save the post since I have a husband and a maltipoo that loves BB muffins.

Do you think I could use frozen berries....and would this recipe work with other fruits? I have apkg. of frozen blackberries too.Don't know why I bought them...must have been a sale haha!

Lemon Cornmeal Blueberry Muffins?

It's my all time favourite .... though I have lost the recipe.
It may have been a Weight Watchers recipe. And maybe not! :D
