diet for asmall planet

Years ago I bought a book titled "diet for a small planet". I want to give a copy to a friend and I can't find one that is like the original. Does anyone know where I can get a copy?

I'm sure you've checked Amazon. Other than that, dunno. I don't know if any brick and mortar stores are left anywhere that carry old books. We used to love going into them, but haven't seen one in awhile.

Have you tried Powells Bookstore in Portland OR? (<cite>www.powells.com</cite>) They carry about 4 million books, new and used, so there is a good chance they would have it. I went to their website a couple minutes ago, put the title in their search at the top of the page, and a couple titles came up. Hope this helps.

Try half.com It's connected to Ebay I think but I've found books and sold books on that site.

Lucky you to have a copy. I don't think that book will ever, really go out of style. Good luck on finding a copy for your friend.

Here's your book!

I always use www.half.com and have been very, very happy with not only the prices (often less than the usual 3.99 shipping), but availability. I never buy less than "good" quality and usually find new at incredible prices. It's my go-to for printed books.

P.S. I just checked. They have quite a few.

Thank you all for your help. We have some used book stores and on the way to work I noticed one and I think I will try them and if they don't have it I will try those online. It was a wonderful reference when I was raising my kids by myself and couldn't afford meat. Again thank you!!!!
