My son sent this link to me and it looks so easy, and I'm into "EASY" ! !:D ! ! Less time in the kitchen the better for me. I printed it off but haven't made it yet as I don't have a chicken ready or the Panko, but I'll get it soon. |
Looks good. Thanks for sharing. I'm with you, the least amount of time cooking the better.

Thanks for posting the link. I wanted to make something different with my leftover turkey and this looks good!

Looks yummy and quick. I love the idea of making it ahead too.

I made this last night. Everyone loved it. It was great making something that used items that I already had

It's what's for dinner tonight!

Thanks! I absolutely LOVE "one pot meals" This one looks easy and yummy:)

Dh complimented me twice so he really liked it a lot. I used crushed Ritz crackers (didn't add any butter or seasonings) instead of panko crumbs. They browned nicely and I liked the flavor. This is just personal preference but next time I'm going to melt the cheese in the sauce before pouring it onto the meat and add some frozen peas. This is a great way to turn leftovers into a nice meal.

I made it when I was pressed for time. I used frozen cooked chicken that came cut up in small pieces. I had Italian seasoned bread crumbs on hand, so used those. Instead of making sauce I used a jar of alfredo sauce. At the suggestion of a friend, I sprinkled some creole seasoning over the top. We liked it, and it was very convenient made this way. I do plan to make the original sauce next time. This tends to be a bit salty. I did not add any salt because I thought there was more than enough in the other ingredients. Thanks, Tiggersmom, for the tasty recipe idea!
