This is a quick and easy way to fix peanut butter pie.

Take a large package of Jello Cook N Serve Vanilla Pudding. Prepare it according to the package directions. When complete, stir in 1 cup of peanut butter and blend thoroughly. Pour into two graham cracker pie shells, cool and serve with cool whip. You can also fix 1 small package vanilla and 1 small package of chocolate. Use 1/2 cup peanut butter in the vanilla. Place chocolate in shell first and then add the "peanut butter" pudding. You have a Reese's Cup Peanut Butter Pie.

Make the pie for supper today. It was a hit. Did not have chocolate pudding, but did have a few Chocolate Mint, Girl Scout cookies. Crumbled cookies on top of crust before adding hot pudding. You got a little minty taste every few bites. This one recipe I will put in motorhome to use. It was so quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.
