Easy fast healthy soup.

I made this today. Just ingredients I had on hand

It is so good! I amazed myself.

Good Soup
1 can of chicken breast 12.5 oz including broth
1 can of diced tomatoes in tomato juice 14.5 oz
1 diced average size zucchini
1 teaspoon of Sazon Complete Seasoning or to taste
3/4 cup water. Salt to taste.
Combine all in pot and simmer until done.

Sounds good.

Not so sure this one is that healthy. but it tastes good and only a bit of a bother to prepare.

One package of maruchan Ramen noodle soup (3 oz.)
carrot
Celery
Onion
3 to 4 cups of water

Cut up the vegetables and add to water. I usually use one carrot, one stalk of celery, and about a two inch diameter onion.I
Cook until as tender as you like them.
Add noodles and seasoning and cook as directed on package.

Other vegetables can be added as available or desired.
Meat can also be added.

Way better than most of the condensed vegetsble soups.

My husband ate a mug of it and my grandson came over after school and he ate a big bowl. I had a bowl and have enough for my lunch tomorrow. Rain all day so it was a good food choice.

I like the first one but would add some onion and garlic (I'm half Italian!). If I have to eat ramen I add a ton of vegetables.

I love soup. But I would eliminate the seasoning packet of the Ramen - too salty - and add some frozen mixed veg instead. I use "better than bouillon" but the low-salt versions.

I made a soup almost exactly like yours and it's delicious. I still have some left for lunch today.

If salt is not a concern, I really like the "diet cabbage soup" variations even when not on a diet.

1 packet french onion soup mix (lipton is vegan btw)
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 large bag shredded cabbage (you don't want the tiny chop)
Celery (I used about half a bunch)
Onion (one large yellow or white)
other vegies you might have around
enough water to cover, plus maybe a little more (probably 6-8 cups)

Just boil it all up and cook for maybe 15 minutes or until the veggies are tender

My daughter stopped by on her lunch break as I was heating up the leftover soup. She of course had it for her lunch. She topped it with Pecorino cheese. She ate every drop. She said she is making it for lunch this weekend for her inlaws who are coming for the day.
