An easy salad
 

Combine a bag of coleslaw mix with a bag of frozen peas. Cover, refrigerate and give time for peas to defrost. Just before serving, mix in 1/3 bottle of Marzetti Poppy Seed dressing and 1 cup dry roasted peanuts. Enjoy !

sounds super easy and tasty. The combinations sound great... kind of like an Asian salad (cabbage, peanuts and the sweet from the poppyseed). I'll be trying it this weekend.

You could add dried cranberries for a Christmas color.

I made this the day I read the post---and we loved it! I'm going to make it for Christmas---and add a chopped red pepper for the red/green look. Thanks for sharing with us.
