These sound SO good. I was looking for a nice little recipe to take to a church potluck on Sunday. This is perfect and very seasonal to boot. I envision them with Creme Cheese Frosting.

Made these tonight for church in the morning.. OMG they are fast and tasty. I added a Pumpkin Pie Spiced Cream Cheese frosting for extra sugar!!!

No liquids?? Just the mix and a can of pumpkin??? I bet apple sauce would work good too with a different cake mix!!

Thank you all, for the lovely comments and suggestions. I, personally, did this recipe with just the Two Items and my muffins turned out just fine for my taste. Actually, I used three items as I did add raisins. But then just a carrot cake mix and canned pureed pumpkin. I imagine you could change this up many ways and just adjust the bake time. For me, I am happy with the easy way.....:) I also like the 1-2-3 mug cake. Another easy quick dessert. One third cake mix, two TBPS water....mix these in a microwave safe mug and cook on high for one minute. I usually top mine with some fruit and canned (aerosol) whipped cream. I also mix an angel food cake with another flavored cake and keep these in a ziplock for easy dipping.....LOL! My DH is NOT a cake lover, so I often do this for "just me".......another WWer recipe.......
