Christmas is not Christmas without Egg Nog

6 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 pt heavy whipping cream
2 c milk
nutmeg

1)Seperate eggs.
2)In a VERY large bowl beat egg white until stiff
3) in another bowl beat yolks with sugar until pale yellow and thick
4) in another bowl beat whip cream until peaks form
Add yolk and whipped cream to beaten whites. Add milk and mix well. Mix well when you serve it as the cream will rise to the top.

serve topped with a dash of nutmeg.
