It's the time of the year for one of my favorite, simple and tasty fall cookie recipes - White Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies.
Made a batch for my MIL & FIL last weekend and they're calling me today for more! Soft, moist, seasonal cookies that are a staple in our family.

Oh yum! They look wonderful.
I made some pumpkin choc chip cookies last week (different recipe) that were really good but I had to add a lot more spices than what the recipe called for.
