Feta Cheese Omlet

take 2 eggs and scramble them

cut up a cup of fresh green , red , and yellow peppers

warm a pan and pour in some olive oil

put in the peppers and cook till soft and sweet

scoop out the peppers when cooked and in the same oil pour in the scrambbled egg

cook egg on both sides by flipping

then place your cooked pepper on top of the egg

crumble feta cheese on top to your own taste

fold one side of the egg so it covers the pepper/cheese topping

turn off flame but let warm for a minute

slide it on a dish and serve with a toasted pita bread

YUM. I never thought of using feta in an omelet. Sounds delicious.

Haven't had my breakfast yet (10:20am) think I'll whip this up but will add onions to it. Thanks for the recipe, sounds delish!

Where I go to eat breakfast once in awhile they have the best fresh spinach and feta omelet....and I'm not really a spinach eater!
