Sounds terrific, however I'd have to toss some chocolate chips on top of that coconut.:D

I would just open the sweetened condensed milk and eat that. Yummmmm.

I made this yesterday. It turned out very moist and tastes delicious. Better than a traditional brownie. I baked it it a 9 inch square pan. It did take a little longer (maybe a total of 55 minutes or so).

Glad you liked it Slbram17... It is my go to Brownie recipe from now on.... I really love it.
