OHHHH chocolate. Thanks so much.

These are new to me and sound blissful, if dangerous. But less dangerous then having a huge extra amount of cake and fudge just calling my name. Thanks.

Oh nuts!! Don't dare. I'm diabetic and it would tear me apart.

"Fudge For One
Ingredients 1/3 cup sugar 1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa 1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons milk 1 scant Tablespoon butter or magarine 1/2 tsp. vanilla How to make it Mix in 1 qt. glass measuring cup: sugar, cocoa, and milk. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 40 seconds. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick. " Question please, do you put in in a dish or something after it's thick or just eat it right out of the dish? This sounds like it could REALLY get me in trouble. |
I had to laugh at "Fudge for One" - ALL OF MY CHOCOLATE RECIPES serve one ...

Thank YOu....These recipes seem perfect for those "I want something sweet." moments my husband and I get into now and then.

I have made up my own recipes for 2 minutes brownies, blond brownies with choc. chips, also 2min., pecan pie filling, etc. all "baked in the microwave." But reading the posts on this board is less fattening and more "ful"filing.
