Gail's 8 can soup

1 can tomatoes with/out chillies
1 can tomatoes with chillies
1 can whole corn
1 can chilli with/out beans
1 can chilli with beans
1 can Campbells tomato soup
1 can Campbells beef and barley
1 can of mixed vegetables ( i use frozen for a fresher taste)

Mix all in a large soup pan and heat and serve. I serve with cornbread or saltines.

It is a new twist to homemade vegetable soup.

That is my kind of recipe. Get rid of the empty cans before anyone comes home.

I use it a lot. I make it for my office meeting at the start of the year and for church or sunday school and for quilting friends. It has been one of my most requested receip. Gail

Are these Campbell's condensed soups? If so, do you add the water?

Sometime I add water if I am serving cornbread so that I have more juice. If I'm serving saltines I usually don't. Please feel free to change as you go. You get a lot of juice from corn and tomatoes. Gail.

I forgot to tell everyone that sometimes I use cooked hamburger and other times I'll add cooked chicken. It also freezes and reheats in the microwave real well.
