great cold pasta salad
 

It's 5000 degrees in NY State, made this salad every other day and we still love it

Begin with hot cooked egg noodle; toss with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, one small minced garlic clove, grated Parmesan cheese, pine or walnuts, salt and pepper. You can add or leave out anything you want.
white beans,
cucumbers
peppers
cransins
any kind of pasta
anything you want
enjoy

I spiral zuke squash and this will work perfect for that.

Have you tried Sweet and Sour dressing? or Balsamic Type Dressings, Love onions in mine, Summer Squash, shredded Carrots, sliced Pickled Beets, Watermelon, Grapes etc... I like Raspberry Vin. or dijon Mustard Dressing

Wash some spinach, and dry in spinner, add quartered strawberries and sectioned orange then cut into bite size, serve with rasp. vin. YUMM YUMM

it is the best for health and get energy.According to me that it is the best source for cure
