I bought some breakfast sausages and cooked them up on a tray in the oven. I now have some bacon going in the oven. I also bought a Polish Kielbasa cut it in thick slices and froze 5 or so slices per ziplock baggie. I put those in the freezer. I also picked up tiger Milk bars 30 cents a piece and cracker sandwiches 14 cents a piece.

I am thinking of trying to make calzones filled with ham and cheese. I am not sure how well they freeze. Or maybe even make pizza. He would eat it cold.

Or stuff the celery with cheez whiz, so it is ready for him to eat.

Likewise you could do it with the peanut butter.
(though for me, I can't even think of that combo!)

Nuts are a great idea, too. Send celery (cut) and have him keep a small jar of peanut butter in his bag so he can dip and eat.

I tried to get him to take 2 burritos and he did. He just came back and brought with him the 2 burritos, 1 of the cheese sticks and 2 sausage pancake muffins. He ate 1 cheese stick, the cold fried Spam and the 5 small peanut butter balls. He did also eat his sister's left over breakfast. He told me that would not keep while he will take his stuff back tomorrow.

I got a good chuckle out of this. Thanks for sharing.
