Homemade Frosting
 
1 cream cheese 8 oz
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla. Mix well
1 lb bag of powdered sugar. Mix well

hand fold 1 8 oz cool whip

I've been making that for years, without the Cool Whip. It is wonderful on pumpkin cake of carrot cake.
