How Do You Use Chinese Five Spice?
I have used Chinese Five Spice on babyback ribs for the grill. Love it! Would like to know other ways to use it. Any ideas?

I love the flavor, but it's a tricky one to use for me. It's definitely good on Chinese ribs, or duck. Sometimes I'll put just a dash in my noodle soups to give it that exotic flavor.

Chinese chicken salad is a family favorite. I use a recipe that originated from Cafe Beaujolais in Mendocino.

I used to make my own low fat granola, and often added a teaspoon or so to a batch. Yum.

It's good in Chinese meatballs, or filling.
