How Do You Use Chinese Five Spice?

I have used Chinese Five Spice on babyback ribs for the grill. Love it! Would like to know other ways to use it. Any ideas?

I've used it for Chinese Tea Eggs.

I love the flavor, but it's a tricky one to use for me. It's definitely good on Chinese ribs, or duck. Sometimes I'll put just a dash in my noodle soups to give it that exotic flavor.

Chinese chicken salad is a family favorite. I use a recipe that originated from Cafe Beaujolais in Mendocino.

I used to make my own low fat granola, and often added a teaspoon or so to a batch. Yum.

It's good in Chinese meatballs, or filling.

I came across this recipe and thought about your question and this thread:

Picadillo traditionally has cinnamon as it's crazy spice, but hey, why not Chinese 5 spice? Sounds good!
