1/3 cup powdered sugar
8 oz soft cream cheese 1/2 tsp almond flavor and about 1 Tblsp milk mix above then fold in 8 oz thawed tub of whipped topping (slow speed of mixer) pour into graham cracker pie crust. Top with 1/2 can cherry or blueberry pie filling that was mixed with 1/2 tsp. Almond flavoring Chill before serving |
Cheesecake is our favorite. I have made them every way possible from long slow baking to no bake easy. Now I make it without the crust. We call it cheesecake pudding. Those that want a crust I put graham crackers on the plate and then put the filling on top. My granddaughter eats it like a dip with vanilla wafers .
