Ideas for chicken
I'm just starting a chicken dinner and found out I'm expecting extra guests. I'd like to add a couple extra chicken breasts to cook with my whole chicken. Do I just season it and add to roaster or do I wrap them in foil si they don't dry out.

I think chic breasts dry unless covered with soup or sauce. Unless you use a clay baker - then I’ve never had anything get dry. Maybe an important fact to know is what are you using to prepare the whole chicken?
