I have had my Instant Pot Pressure Cooker for about 6 months. I use my pot mainly for soups and casseroles. Our favorite soup is Pasta-e-fagioli!

Thanks for the links. I had checked the FB page yesterday but didn't find a link to join. I printed three recipes from the second link. I may try the Chicken and Rice tonight.

Love Love Love my instant pot! I use several different website. Amy + Jacky pressure cooking is my favorite, fabulous roast beef, potatoes and carrots. The teriyaki chicken and rice is great. I have cooked potatoes and eggs at the same time for potato salad. Split pea soup, about any soup. I have read that slow cooker recipes are easier to convert and you can find that on line. It doesn't take the place of my stove or oven, but it sure is nice to use.

I just bought a 6qt Instant Pot and joined the beginner facebook instant pot group. It arrives on Tues and I hope I don't blow up the kitchen!!

Check out Pinterest. They have lots. Also print chart for cooking times. You will get the different ways to do things and be cooking your own things without recipe. Have fun!
