When we had a dinner at work for St. Pat's day. Some of the people just made regular recipies and put green good coloring in them to tent them green. We had green mashed potatoes, green develed eggs, green cheese cake and I know there were more but I can't think what they were now.

We're not known for our Houte Cuisine here in Ireland!! I'd go with the green food colouring in some regular food.

Enjoy!! There's rain forecast here for St Patrick's day (again!) The big national Skyfest, a huge fireworks display was to be held tonight but I doubt it went ahead, the weather is so miserable. Why couldn't they have chosen some date in May???

Beannachtai La Fheile Phadraig le gach duine!

Thanks for the comments/suggestions. I made a Reuben Roll-Up. It went over well, I received more compliments on it today. It was yummy.
