KitchenCraft electric skillet

Can anyone share tips+recipe for my newly acquired skillet ($12.99 at local thrift!) It's for waterless cooking but I'm not sure how to use it. What a beautiful pan it is!

I have that pan, but not the electric version. I have a whole set and love them. I grew up with waterless cooking, but I'm the kind who needs to put at least a few tablespoons of water into the pan. I usually leave it on higher heat for a little too long.
Why don't you contact the company and get the directions and recipes. I do almost all of my cooking waterless or almost waterless. The food tastes so much better and you keep the vitamins in your food, you don't pour them down the drain.
