3/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 cup water 1 egg slightly beaten In a bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients. Add water and egg. Stir until smooth. Dip vegetables or cut up chicken into pieces and fry a few at a time until golden. Drain on paper towels. |
