Years ago, a lady at my church cooked an aspargus dish that was so delicious. All I can remember is that it was baked, and covered with grape jam or grape jelly. I am thinking that she said that it came out of a Pennsylvania Dutch cook book.

Does anyone have this recipe?

I haven't but after spending 1/2 hour to make hollandise sauce, I found a shortcut that calls for mixing some horseradish mustard with sour cream and putting that over aspargus. Very good, try it.

Sorry, I don't have the recipe you requested. Here is a delicious recipe that is soooooo easy and sooooo good.
1 can Asparagus, drained
1 small can pimentoes, drained
Oil and vinegar salad dressing.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place asparagus in the serving dish. Add pimento, and dress with salad dressing.
Let marinate overnight. Stir 2-3 times before serving.
Serves 8-10.
This is a great casserole/salad recipe for anytime of year.
I have taken it to picnics, church dinners, the kids love it for Christmas Dinners, because of the colors and their love of asparagus.
Enjoy!
