Does anyone have a recipe for pineapple cocoanut brittle? Would love to have the recipe.

last year i made peanut brittle but i exchanged the peanuts for cashues and added coconut to it, my bff loved it.
I would think if your using dried pineapple you should not have an issue because your adding it at the end.
