Looking for Meat and veg recipes I can cook in my new Wok

Hello,
I'm new to this site and love this recipe section.

I just bought a new light cast iron seasoned wok from Walmart.

I made one meal using the recipe that I saved from the Wok I bought about 30 years ago from a 30 minute ad on TV. Remember that one? I loved the wok but somehow lost interest when my Daughters went to college.

So I'm looking for Meat and veg recipes I can cook in my new WOK. Shrimp, fish, beef, chicken, etc. and snow peas, tiny corn, water chestnuts (my favorite) etc

Also I'm looking for a sauce that I can use and keep in the fridge. I would like to have spare sauce for dipping, etc.

Thanks,
Jerry

My daughter took a home-ec class from a lady that taught them to make fried rice with hamburger. It sounded dreadful to me so I avoided it for a long time - but I came home one evening and she was making pt and I loved it.
She first stir-fried the hamburger and added the shredded carrots, celery, and onions - she preferred the little green onions and when she thought that was cooked thru and added the bean sprouts and then added the rice. (She was told it was better if the cooked rice was a day or two old.) Stir it up with a little bit of water for steam and add soy sauce to taste. She used lean hamburger so didn't need to add any oil and it worked to stir fry the other items. We usually throw in frozen corn and peas too. Actually I add broccoli, baby limas, and cabbage if I have them - it's one of those catch all dishes. My mom would call stew her refrigerator cleaning - any left over bits of vegetables were thrown in.

We used chicken - if from raw we cook it first - if we make it from cooked chicken then we add a bit of peanut oil and cook the vegetables first. With shrimp since it doesn't take long to cook then then vegetables are first.

I also used my wok to fry french fries and egg rolls - it takes a lot less oil than a standard pot.

Egg Roll in a Bowl! You can make with ground beef, ground pork, chicken, sausage, whatever you prefer. Add what veggies you want, usually cabbage, carrots, onions, green onions. very very good. Here is a link to one I have used and adjusted to my tastes. Do a google search and see what pops up.... basically it is the filling of an egg roll without the fried wrapper.
Mr Yoshida's sauce is really good, I found it at Sams.

That's so yummy. I made it for the first time Wednesday :)
I added a little bit of cilantro and chopped peanuts on top---delicious!

Chopped peanuts....sounds good. My daughter tops hers with a over easy fried egg. I put wonton wrappers on a baking sheet, give a light spray with butter spray in a can and bake in 400 oven for about 4 to 5 mins, watch closely they burn fast. A different kind of crunch for the bowl.
