1 cup peanut butter
1/2 c. butter or margarine 2 pkg. graham crackers crushed fine. Mix well and roll into balls. roll again into graham crumbs No baking |
that one sounds good mine is No Bake Cookies
3 c. rolled oats 5 T cocoa 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. sugar 1 c. coconut (optional) 1/2 C. MILK 1/2 BUTTER 1 tsp. vanilla Put sugar in heavy saucepan. Add cocoa and mix well. Add milk and butter. cook until mixture comes to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. remove from heat add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper. |
The one I use, takes an egg.
Unbelievable Cookies 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 c. peanut buter 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all together. Roll into small balls and put on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake until real light brown at 350 |
I use this same basic recipe but I substitute lt. brown sugar for white sugar, use chunky peanut butter and ad choc chips----Yummy

In grade school many years ago the cooks made a peanutcookie with Only peanut butter and honey. I do not know the correct amount to add thou. Maybe someone else will know it

I make the same recipe that was given only add one tsp vanilla too. Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter Cookies was the recipe I found that was the 1, 1, 1 and 1 (how I remember to make these lol).
