Lower calorie pumpkin dip
[h=2]Pumpkin Dip for Apples Recipe[/h]Makes 1 ½ cups
¾ cup (6 ounces) 1/3 less-fat cream cheese ¼ cup packed brown sugar ½ cup canned pumpkin puree 2 teaspoons maple syrup ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Heat cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds or until soft enough to mix well. Mix in sugar, pumpkin, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later. Forgot where I found this but nice snack |
