Lupin update -- one of the ladies in my quilting group has a husband on a whole lot of dietary restrictions, mostly involving salt. I'd be so lost if they took my salt away... anyway, she dumped out a container of breadcrumbs and then put in the lupin flour along with some seasonings and her husband has used it multiple times and has not noticed it wasn't bread crumbs!

One of the other ladies is having a lot of medical issues, mostly from her hubby but some for herself. I'm bringing her one pre-cooked meal per week to group. Today I'm cooking a simple roast turkey breast with zero seasonings, and then I'll be making some lupin stuffing for them to try. He's diabetic, fussy eater, and not very adherent to his dietary guidelines... but we think he may be willing to try some "stuffing", it looks pretty much like the instant varieties.
