Need recipe for stew+artichokes+green chili+pearl onions
 

I lost my recipe for a stew that was made with

frozen artichoke hearts
a can of green chili
frozen pearl onions
muchrooms
beef

I can't remember if there was wine in it or broth.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Not at all familiar but I've never met a stew that wouldn't love some wine!

Sounds yummy. I hope someone posts the recipe. I would love to make it.

No, but it sounds wonderful! Personally, I would swap out the beef for some sliced seitan, or tempeh to make it a plant-based dish. The wine sounds like a good idea too.
