Needed ice cream with whipping cream
 

Recently read an ice cream recipe that was mentioned further down in a thread ,
Not the "Easy Ice Cream Recipe" one. Went back looking for last week but so sorry I
didn't copy it . One person talked about ice cream then another person commented this is
how they make it. They whipped ? cream also something else then added ? flavoring.

Gee, this getting old/ forgetting is time consuming for me . Please help !!!

I use heavy cream in my ice cream with a custard base, but have never whipped it before adding it to the recipe. Seems like it would turn to butter under the ice cream makers paddle

I think you are talking about this kind of recipe -it does not use a ice cream freezer. This link is to 26 kinds -you can use whipping cream or for no fat-no fat Cool Whip
