Looks good. I'll probably use chocolate chocolate chips though not white.

We love bread pudding. I will have to try this. I have never swirled pie filling into it before. Sounds delicious.

I made the bread pudding for my sew day group. Everyone loved it. All wanted the recipe for upcoming potlucks they were going to. It's not too sweet and has a terrific texture. I used dried in the oven plain white bread cubes. I had it ready to bake when I got to the church and by lunch the dining room smelled wonderful. It baked to a puff all around the edges. Thank you Suz for posting this and thank your friend for sharing the recipe.

I used Lucky Leaf Cherry Fruit Filling and Topping and
Hershey's Premium white chocolate chips
