Peanut Butter Bars

1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 c peanut butter
1 c butter, melted
1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips

Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and peanut butter with mixer. Blend in melted butter until well combined. Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in no-stick pan. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill about 30 minutes and cut into small squares/bars. These are very hard to cut if you wait too long and then the chocolate crumbles up...

These take about 15 minutes to make, and whoever saw anyone not like a peanut butter cup???
