1 2/3c (10oz) peanut butter chips 1 1/2 c butter (3sticks) 1 3/4 c sugar 3 TBS light corn syrup 3 TBS water butter a 15 1/2"x10 1/2" jelly roll pan.Sprinkle 1 cup chips evenly on pan,set aside. Melt butter in heavy saucepan,stir in sugar,corn syrup and water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture reaches 300* on candy thermometer. approx. 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Immediately spread mixture in prepared pan,and sprinkle remaining 2/3 c chips on top. cool completely.remove from pan and break into pieces. store in airtight container in cool dry place. (not refrigerator) makes approx.2 lbs of candy. hope everyone enjoys this candy Mary

If you can't chew peanuts but love brittle this is a good recipe. I make this every christmas and it goes so fast. Mary

This is just like regular peanut brittle,just has peanut butter chips instead of nuts.Mary
