I have food sensitivities and that's one of my weirdnesses. I can eat green onions but only if they have been cooked.

I love pesto, I've made it several times, greek basil is a variety I favor, regular basil pesto with kalamata olives. I also have a dehydrator and make sun dried tomato pesto. Makes me want to cook up some orzo and add pesto.😍💕

Green onions raw do not like me! Cooked is alright.
