I am looking for a good recipe for Vietnamese Pho soup.

Oooh. I'd love one too- I don't have one either! I hope someone has it???

I read an article in the Smithsonian magazine written by a man who is the conductor for the philharmonic orchestra in Vietnam.
He and his friend went to several restaurants to try the soup. They did nolt include a recipe in the article.
